Prime-West side lots are more mature and have considerable area to put your shed/deck and grass
Prime-East side lots are new, private and are the largest you will find anywhere with potential to make it feel like your own
West side small, medium, and large lots to suit your budget with space for a shed/deck and grass. These lots may come available from time to time.

Shallow, sandy waters are the entire length of the beach which warm in the sun on calm days making it one of the warmest beaches in northern Superior.
Only available during seasonal dates during warm weather. Pay per use and must bring your own HE soap for use in washer.
